Observing Classes
Parents, friends, and relatives of students are invited to observe the first day of class or camp. After that we
ask that parents, friends, and relatives not observe class unless invited to do so by a teacher. Experience has taught us that the
presence of parents, friends, and/or relatives in the classroom is often a distraction to students.
Missed Classes
We do not offer make-up classes or credits for missed classes.
The one exception is Baby Circus. Please read below for our Baby Circus make-up class policy.
Refunds/Credits
$25 of tuition is always non-refundable.
During the regular school term (Fall, Winter and Spring) tuition
(minus the $25.00) will be refunded until one week before the class starts. If a student withdraws less than one week before the start
of a class and no more than two days after that class begins, we will issue a pro-rated credit good toward any Do Jump camp or class,
which expires twelve months after the date issued. If a student withdraws three days after a class begins or later, no credits or
refunds will be issued.
During the Summer term a refund on tuition (minus the $25.00) may be issued until one week before the
beginning of camp. In the week before camp, if a student withdraws we will issue a credit good toward any Do Jump camp or class.
If a student withdraws after the first day of camp, no credit will be issued.
Private lesson cancellations require notification
24 hours prior to scheduled lesson time. If notification is not give 24 hours in advance full payment is required.
Day Care
Unfortunately we do not have the resources to look after children before or after class. Parents who drop their
children off unsupervised more than 10 minutes early or pick their children up more than 10 minutes late will be charged a day care
fee of $10 per quarter hour.
Work Trade
Do Jump always needs workers to help out around the theater. We have a limited number of work-trade slots available.
We offer a trade rate of $7.50 per hour. The work is general cleaning and clerical work. If you are interested contact our office

Registration
We are now offering an automatic 10% dicount on your child's additional classes and their family members' classes.
New Baby Circus Policies
Parents are no longer allowed to register their friends' children except under a separate account.
We are now allowing limited make-up classes and drop-in classes in Baby Circus classes.
Make-ups -
If your child is unable to attend a Baby Circus class due to illness, they may make-up 1 class each term. These make-up classes must be Baby Circus classes taken by the same child within 3 months of the end of the term. Spaces in each class are limited, so please call us at 503-231-1232 to let us know that you’d like to use a make-up class by 5pm the day before the class. If the class is full, we will ask you to try another week.
Drop-ins -
Due to popular demand, we are now allowing limited drop-ins at our Baby Circus classes. If you’d like to drop-in to a Baby Circus class, please call us by 5pm the day before the class to register. If the class is full, we will ask you to try another week. Cost is $15 per/drop-in class.

Students should bring a bottle of water with their name on it.
Students should not bring toys, games, or other
distractions.
Parents, please be aware that we cannot park bikes, strollers, or scooters inside the theatre.
